1. Application & Data Usage

• Artists agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process.

• By applying, you consent to Glass Records using your submitted materials (e.g. artist name, bio, images, music links) for evaluation and potential promotional use if selected.

2. Selection Process

• All applicants will be reviewed by a panel of independent curators.

• Selection decisions are made solely by the curators and are final.

• Glass Records and its affiliates do not directly influence the final selection outcomes.

3. Artist Responsibilities

• All participating artists are responsible for their own:

  • Travel

  • Accommodation

  • Meals

  • Any other personal or logistical expenses related to the event

• This applies to both local and international artists.

4. Compensation

• Glass Fest operates as a DIY, independent festival.

• As such, we do not guarantee artist fees or performance payments.

• We also do not guarantee reimbursement for travel or related expenses, particularly for artists traveling from outside Singapore.

5. Conduct & Integrity

• Applicants must not attempt to contact, influence, or collaborate with curators regarding the selection process.

• Any form of bribery, coercion, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Right of Refusal / Revocation

• Glass Records reserves the right to:

  • Decline any application without providing reason

  • Revoke an artist’s participation at any time if necessary (e.g. misconduct, misrepresentation, or unforeseen circumstances)

7. Event Changes

• Glass Fest is an independent event and details may evolve.

• Glass Records reserves the right to modify event programming, scheduling, or format as required.

8. Agreement

• By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
