Taledrops heads to Japan for tour

Glass Records is proud to support Singapore alternative progressive rock band Taledrops as they head to Japan this April.

Taledrops is a five-piece alternative progressive rock band from Singapore that blends raw emotion with groovy rhythms and orchestral elements, creating a rich and cinematic soundscape. Their music explores themes of introspection and vulnerability, presenting an honest and uncompromising artistic vision.

Taledrops was independently accepted to perform at Music Bridge Tokyo, a key showcase platform connecting Asian artists with the Japanese market. Recognising the opportunity, the band decided to expand the trip beyond a single showcase performance.

Glass Records came on board to support the coordination and routing of additional livehouse shows, turning the Music Bridge Tokyo appearance into a focused Japan tour run.

Taledrops will be performing in Japan at:

  • Shibuya HOME — 5 April

  • Shibuya Cyclone — 7 April

  • Mona Records — 8 April

  • Music Bridge Tokyo — 10 April

Taledrops Tokyo Tour 2026

Rather than flying in for one show and flying out, this extended run allows the band to connect with multiple audiences, venues, and local communities across Tokyo.

At Glass Records, we believe international showcases should be stepping stones, not isolated moments. By building additional dates around anchor events, we aim to help Southeast Asian artists maximise their presence and develop meaningful cross-border momentum.

We look forward to supporting Taledrops on this Japan run and seeing their cinematic sound resonate with new audiences.
